Blockbuster Total Access, which works just like Netflix’s DVD-by-mail program with a little extra, is offering new subscribers a free 30-day trial to its 1 Disc, 2 Discs, and 3 Discs-at-a-time plan ($9.99, $14.99 and $19.99 per month respectively). All of these plans include Blu-Ray and video game rentals for free, along with unlimited in-store exchanges at your local Blockbuster store (if you still have one).
You will be required to enter your credit card information, and if you do not cancel by the time your 30-day trial is up, your credit card will be charged for the next month. To sign up for the free trial, go to Blockbuster’s page here outlining the details.
For serious movie buffs who also are video gamers, this is actually quite the good deal, considering it essentially blends together your Netflix DVD-by-mail plan and your Gamefly plan into one and costs much less. Plus the unlimited in store exchanges mean you’ll never have to wait to get a last minute movie for a movie night.
